Casting director for film (20th Century Fox, HBO) TV (NBC, CBS, Warner Brothers), Broadway, an SDC Director at Tony award-winning theaters, author of ACTING: Make It Your Business and former actor; Paul Russell knows how to help actors exceed their potential and get work. That’s his job.

Paul has been guiding actors for most of his 30 year career in the entertainment industry. He has worked with familiar names among them are: Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Anniston, Cynthia Nixon, Bill Cosby. And he has worked and helped many talented, hard working talented individuals who are the backbone of the industry.

He presently teaches NYU students at The Atlantic Theater Company and has spoken to theater students by invitation on the campuses of America’s finest performing arts schools including Temple University, The University of The Arts and Northeastern University. Whether working one-on-one with actors or in groups, Paul enjoys guiding and helping actors discover effective audition techniques and modern marketing strategies that they’ve yet to discover for themselves.
